Detective Mike and his mother Doreen, who lack any real narrative motivation, are also in the play, and the script is stuffed into a cliché. The eye-catching scene is actually just an operation to extend the duration of the film, making it difficult to reconcile the unpredictable horror of the picture and the self-deprecating comedy
