Central Station movie plot

Dora (Ferlanda Montenegro) writes letters to the illiterate at Central Station, the main railway station in Rio de Janeiro. You will receive one yuan for writing a letter, and another one yuan if you need to send it on your behalf. On this day, Anna (Soia Lira) brought her nine-year-old son Joshua (also translated as Joshua, Vines de Oli), because Joshua has always wanted to see him before they met Father.
