After the New York War, Captain America Steve Rogers worked hard to integrate into modern society, but after participating in an incident to rescue a colleague from S.H.I.E.L.D., Captain America was involved in a conspiracy. He was hunted down along with Black Widow and even the director of Aegis, Nick Fury. He guarded while tracking down, and finally exposed this evil plan that had been run by the old rival "Hydra" for decades.
In the process of tracing, Captain America, Black Widow Natasha, and a new teammate-Sam, nicknamed "Falcon", work together to fight the enemy.
However, the enemy they encountered was actually Bucky Barnes, a winter soldier who was an assistant to the captain who joined the army in the early years and was used as a killing machine after an accident.
