In the second the World War , Bundeswehr American Allied Forces faced the enemy. Bundeswehr created an evil double "red head monster" to harm the people of the world. The righteous hero "Captain America" with superhuman abilities starts a war between justice and evil in order to liberate the people of the world and the "red head monster". "Captain America" lost to the "Red Skull" and fell into the iceberg of Vegas . Twenty years later, "Captain America" was accidentally rescued. When he learned that the "Red Head Monster" was still alive, justice and evil would compete again.
