The scholar Helen Keller , played by Virginia Madsen , is studying a popular American folk legend: as long as you read the name "Candy Man" in the mirror five times in a row, a ghost with a hook in the right hand will appear. He went to the world to take the lives of people. Helen Keller came to Chicago to conduct field investigations. A series of murders that were fatal by a hook also happened one after another.
