The police decided to broadcast the operation through the media again, and the citizens all held their breaths to watch the unprecedented "Breaking News" in the history of television.
Inspector Heng of the Serious Crime Unit tracks Yuan to a building. Just as he is about to act, Deputy Commander Rebecca plans to broadcast the entire operation live. Heng and his subordinates put on a miniature camera and rushed into the scene, only to find that another group of robbers were hiding in the building, and the situation was dangerous. However, Rebecca cut this scene. Yuan took the hostages in the building and sent the CCTV footage of the shootout to the media, embarrassing the police, and Rebecca was forced to broadcast the full footage. Rebecca urges Yuan to surrender, but the two gangs join forces to fight the police. In the chaos, Heng successfully rescued the hostages, but Yuan also managed to escape and met Rebecca by chance.
