How can this be a classic, because it looks so long. Isn't this the story of a girl who wants to be rich and eats lazy because of her beauty and ruthlessness.

60's love, pure and beautiful. In fact, the order should be that I watched the movie when I was a child (which means I didn't watch it) - I grew up and read the book - I caught up with the re-screening today, so when I watched it, it was strange to see the difference between the elements of the novel and the movie. George Peppard is so beautiful, probably the favorite male star of the golden age (he actually devoted himself to my station in his TV career, praise). A classic whose cultural significance is greater than the quality of the film.

Paul Varjak: I love you.
Holly Golightly: So what.
Paul Varjak: So what? So plenty! I love you, you belong to me!
Holly Golightly: [tearfully] No. People don't belong to people.
Paul Varjak: Of course they do!
Holly Golightly: I'll never let ANYBODY put me in a cage.
Paul Varjak: I don't want to put you in a cage, I want to love you!

Paul Varjak: And I always heard people in New York never get to know their neighbors.
