The film’s costume designer Ruth Carter used three costume models to make a series of finely crafted costumes for the movie in a huge studio with high gray ceiling temporary storage equipment, including the character Mbaku’s glass shirt and The costume of the King’s Guard "Dora Milaje" composed of all women. Panther suits are made of thin fabric, lighter and stronger armor to avoid clothing tears or scratches when shooting various Brazilian and African martial arts action scenes, and it also simplifies the leopard tooth necklace that embellishes the clothing neckline . Importing Halian fabrics, Mitterdeng and Carter chose white at first, and then dyed it black, mainly to give directors and other producers more flexibility to choose according to the lighting conditions of the shooting scene.
