Markis an agent of the Los Angeles Police Department. He brought out his son Trent, who was caught in a fight, from the police station. The father and son took the subway home, and halfway through the aliens confronted each other. The Earth launched a surprise attack that caused the subway to stop, and then it was discovered that people in the entire city had been sucked into the alien spacecraft by blue light, including Mark’s son Trent. Mark entered the spacecraft to save his son. He did not rescue his son but accidentally rescued a small baby. He escaped from the spaceship with the subway police officer Audreywho was also caught in the spacecraft. In the Golden Triangle, Harperdiscovers the secret of the baby. Mark and the others use the superpowers of the baby girl’s blood to attack the spacecraft, and finally call back Trent, who has turned into an alien. They fight together against the humanoid creatures. This catastrophe was finally over

It is a passable sci-fi film. Compared with the first one, it is indeed a great improvement in the special effects and graphics, but the plot has completely collapsed. The first one brings a sense of oppression, helplessness and tension. The feeling is completely gone, it's like a sequel without a soul, it's a pity.

I feel that it is basically a story about ordinary people with better skills facing the catastrophe and finally saving the world by mistake. I was forced by the form all the way.
