This animated short was inspired by the personal experience of director Gabriel Osorio Vegas' grandfather. In 1973, Augusto Jose Ramon Pinochet Ugarte staged a coup and began a dictatorship over Chile. In this incident, Gabriel's grandfather, like many others, was convicted of his words and was forced to be separated from his family. He was unable to reunite with his family until his death. The main creative team adapted this real encounter, trying to let young people understand the fear, pain and sadness of people during the 17 years of Augusto Jose Ramon Pinochet Ugarte's rule through the simple story of "Bear Story", and called on the society to respond to those who have historical reasons. Caused by the separation of families to pay more attention.
