Fielding Mellish (played by Woody Allen ) is a clerk in a product testing company. He likes a girl named Nancy (played by Louise Lasser ). Nancy is passionate about social movement and democratic revolution, but has no interest in Mellish. She went to a country called San Marcos to participate in the local revolution, and in order to follow her sweetheart, Mellish also went there. He joined the revolutionary army by accident, and after a bloody battle, the revolution finally succeeded. It's so funny, I deeply feel that Woody is a spoof and parody of the old man. The insurgents attacked the presidential palace. The stroller on the steps obviously imitated the classic passage of Odessa. I laughed so hard hahahaha

Woody Allen’s early nonsensical political satires combined the silent performance style and witty and precise dialogue, but the overall situation was too scattered, and Allen wanted to express too much content that he often digressed.
