Avengers: Age of Ultron Filming Process

In early August 2012, Marvel Pictures and the director of "The Avengers" Jos Weiden signed an official agreement, Jos Weiden returned to "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" as a director and screenwriter. In mid-August, Marvel officially announced that the film will be released on May 1, 2015.
In early April 2013, according to foreign media reports, the pre-production work of "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" was scheduled to start at the end of 2013, and the filming was officially started in early 2014. The filming base was selected as the British Pinewood Studios. On October 20, 2013, Marvel Pictures President Kevin Fitch confirmed that "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" will feature Asia and truly add Asian elements.
In mid-February 2014, "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" officially started shooting in Johannesburg, South Africa. On February 19, Marvel Studios announced that Seoul, the capital of South Korea, will join the list of international filming locations for "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron". London in the United Kingdom is also an important filming location for the film. In March, the crew will go to Valle d'Aosta, a small town in northern Italy, to film in the well-known Bad Castle in the area. In mid-June 2014, "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" was filmed at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK. On August 7, director Jos Weiden announced that the film had completed the pre-production work and officially finished. At the end of November 2014, "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" was scheduled for a two-week reshoot at the British Pinewood Studios in January 2015.
