The 16-year-old Jenny is a bright and cheerful little girl who studies in the preparatory class of a girls' school in rural London, England. Her grades are very good, and she is a "seeded player" who is expected to be admitted to Oxford University. One day, she met David, a mature, fashionable, witty and charming man, and fell in love with him like lightning. David took her to see the feasting and extravagance of the metropolis, which has always been a life she longed for. Before that, she had never thought that this kind of life could be obtained so easily. Soon she became obsessed with it, and the idea of preparing for Oxford was thrown out of the sky. The days with David seemed so wonderful, but one day, the truth hit Jenny's head like a brick. She changed from an innocent and lively female student to a sophisticated and sleek woman, and she began to reflect on whether this kind of life was really what she wanted.

So my choice is to do something hard and boring, or to marry my... Jew, and go to Paris and Rome and listen to jazz, and read, and eat good food in nice restaurants, and have fun! It's not enough to educate us anymore Ms. Walters. You've got to tell us why you're doing it.
