In 1995, a five-member SEAL team led by Lieutenant Matt Barnes (played by Sullivan Stapleton) went to Sarajevo to conduct a joint British-US operation to kidnap the local warlord leader. After the mission was successfully completed, Stanton Baker (Charlie Bewley), one of the team members, learned about it from his girlfriend Laura (Sylvia Hoeks) by chance. At the bottom of a large local lake, there are 27 tons of gold left over by the Nazis. Laura hopes to get gold, half of it will be used to help her country, and the other half will be used as reward for the team. Matt readily accepted the offer, but just as they were about to start their action, the angry warlord leader’s deputy Petrovich (played by Clemens Schick) was also brewing his own revenge plan.
