Alvar City is a future city with "silence, logic, safety, and caution" as its living coordinates. People have dull expressions and their life thinking is strictly controlled. The so-called people have long been called "Alvar 60" and the ultra-brain computer is completely ruled. The designer of all this was Dr. Von Braun, who was exiled from New York. A spy from another world, aliased as John (formerly known as Lemmy Caution, which is also part of the name of this film), began to explore Alvar City. His main purpose is to bring back Dr. Buhan who was exiled here. His own world, followed by contact with his former spy.
During the visit, he met Dr. Wanbuhan's daughter Natasha, and in the process of interacting with Natasha, John gradually fell in love with her. Under Natasha’s leadership, John learned that this is almost a "dead city". People cannot have erotic desires, cannot shed tears, cannot sorrow, do not understand feelings, or even have no creativity. Everything follows the so-called "logic" of this computer. "If there is any offender, they will be shot. John began to think and began to pity the people in this city. Of course the person he loved most was Natasha, so he taught Natasha to read poetry that had disappeared in Alpha City. He told Natasha what emotions are, Tears and sadness.
But Natasha still failed to completely get rid of the control of "Alpha 60". John was arrested and interrogated by Ultrain Computer again, and the result was the death penalty. John decided to start to escape. He found Dr. Wanbuhan, hoping to persuade the Doctor to return to his own world with him, but the Doctor still refused and set out to destroy the outside world. Finally, John raised his pistol and Alpha City would Freedom began in the doctor's death, and the first person to be rescued by John was Natasha, whom he had long wanted.
