One night, Julian (Mike Vogel), who was taking a shower, suddenly received a call from his good friend Terry (Daniel Pino). Terry on the other end of the phone angrily claimed that his fiancée Joan (Brittany Anne Murphy Brittany Murphy) had been unfaithful to him. Terry followed Joan to a dilapidated "Riverview" inn, and witnessed her and the man she met privately walk into room 507. A manic Terry told Julian that he was waiting for him in Room 508 of Across the Hall, with his revolver ready for a plan of revenge. Julian tried to persuade Terry not to mess around. He also immediately set off for the hotel. However, something incredible happened, Terry actually saw that the person who was dating his fiancee was Julian.
Across the Hall is a crime suspense film directed by Alex Meggin, based on his 2005 noir thriller short film of the same name.
