Comedies are hard to make, especially war comedies. The French film "L'as des as" (1982), starring Jean-Paul Belmondo,
is not necessarily a comedy in the strict sense, but the comedy element in it is so obvious that it can be seen as a kind of comedy. The fringe war comedy also makes sense. When the director grasped the subject matter, he did not consistently run the film through the comedy flavor, but used pungent and acerbic satire to ridicule the Nazis in key passages.
The film takes the action comedy line of "Escape from a Tiger's Mouth". The film is exactly the same as "Escape from a Tiger's Mouth" in terms of content and expression, relying on thrilling chase scenes, funny action performance, wise and humorous dialogue, and the charm of stars to promote the development of the story. The film features Adolf Hitler's older sister (an old woman who can't marry), and the relationship and dialogue between her and her brother is hilarious. When the film was screened in China, it aroused the cheers of countless fans, and the dubbed version by Shanghai Translation Factory is also a classic.
This is a heavy escape theme, but here it becomes a touching story about the warmth and love of the world that is not heavy. Escape from the dead as the finale, L'as des as happy and righteous, also brings joy and hope. Always smiling, Jean-Paul Belmondo 's "L'as des as" successfully portrayed the kind and brave spirit of a boxer and left a deep impression.
