After finishing the filming of " Unforgiven ", Clint Eastwood made another film "A Perfect World" non-stop. These are two movies with similar themes. They both talk about how the protagonist who escaped from the social order established his own "A Perfect World" on the edge of law and morality. Of course, this utopian world is naturally fragile and fragile. However, Clint Eastwood still discussed the inevitability of the existence of this world and its significance to the real world.
In fact, when Clint Eastwood was filming "Line of Fire", he got the script for the film. So the filming of "A Perfect World" stopped. Clint Eastwood said that shooting this movie is indeed a good opportunity to take a break from the role of an actor. Besides, he was also tired and wanted to rest for a while. When he found Kevin Costner with the script, the latter took the role without even thinking about it. After reading the script, Kevin Costner felt that the role of Reid Garnett in the film was very suitable for Clint Eastwood. After full consideration, Eastwood felt that playing this role would not take away Kevin Costner's role, so he agreed. Clint Eastwood said that he would rather put his time behind the scenes. He thinks he can be by the camera and direct a movie without having to play any role. He has made too many movies and created too many different roles.
