This large-scale production using cutting-edge technologies such as 3D and CG has assembled a lineup of first-class actors from Japan and overseas. Kay, the half-blood throughout, is a character created out of thin air, and his appearance injects new meaning into pure Japanese Bushido. Kira Uenosuke is not only greedy and cunning, but is also portrayed as a careerist who commands the Demon Legion in an attempt to dominate the world.
