A frustrated New York police detective Andre Davis (Chadwick Boseman) is accidentally appointed to hunt down the murderer of a major drug-related homicide. In this appalling case, eight police officers were brutally murdered. In order to get the murderer arrested as soon as possible, Davis opened the first entire blockade in Manhattan's history, and 21 Bridges on the island that communicate with the outside world are all prohibited from entering and leaving. But the lockdown time is only four hours, and Davis must catch the murderer before dawn! In the intense hunting operation, Davis found that the murderer was also being hunted down. There may be a monstrous conspiracy behind this case. He must find the murderer and find out the truth before everything is irreversible.
